Auto-Registration
Harness-gated submissions to the Lite Registry.
Operators enable registry_auto_registration on create_app to expose POST /registry/agents. Agents post manifests and proofs; the server validates, runs the harness against the declared base URL, and hands off to the registry bot for merge automation.
